8:30am (Rt. 234 and Rt. 610 Commuter Lots)
Registration just $125.00 for ALL TCY Members and $150.00 per NON TCYouth Members
Price includes: chartered bus, accommodations, meals, tour of both universities Norfolk State University (NSU) an HBCU and Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU)
Youth will NOT miss school. President's day is a holiday!
