Mental Health is real and more and more than ever we need to reach out to our youth on mental health and suicide awareness Suicide amongst the youth, ages 10-21 is rapidly increasing!
It’s up to us as a Village to reach to our youth and teach and guide them.
These are FREE workshops!
Tomorrow’s Cultivating Youth Inc., better known as TCYouth Inc., all began when a woman had a dream. A dream to give back to the youth and teach them what she was never taught, as a young teen or an adult, what was needed to succeed in life, like financial literacy, mental health awareness and more through mentoring. By building a community “a village“ for the youth to come to and feel safe, where they know their needs would be helped and not frowned upon or turned away. In the name itself you can see the vision that Tomorrow’s Cultivating Youth Inc holds; Cultivating meaning to improve or develop and that is what this nonprofit charity has done since day one.
TCYouth Inc. was established in April 2017 by our founder Traci Ali, who convinced her bestie, Tracey Thomas to come on board as co-founder and Vice President. Once these ladies were able to put their vision into motion, they soon began the search for qualified and loving board members whom they knew would share this same vision for the youth. Ariele Monroe, daughter of Traci Ali joined the board as TCY’s treasurer. Seven months later after expanding and progressing two more board members joined forces with TCY, Sharmine Jones and Rolando Brooks. Because of these five dedicated individuals, who all share the love for the youth TCY has grown to over 200 youth, 9 board members, many volunteers and now offers adult memberships with currently two active members. Tomorrow’s Cultivating Youth continues to grown everyday and there is and will be more history made.
MISSION: To empower and cultivate the youth of today to become tomorrow’s leaders by fostering positive mental and physical health through our mentorship program.
Are you passionate about the youth and what TCYouth Inc is doing? Let us know! We are always looking for volunteers to help make our vision a reality. We'll find a place for you to volunteer that energy that best suits you. We're excited to have you join the team!

TRACI M. ALI
Founder/President
Owner/Director – KBH Learning Academy
Traci Ali, born and raised in Newark, New Jersey has a sincere love and passion for the youth. She currently holds her Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources. Shis is the Founder/President of this commuity -driven completely volunteer-based nonprofit 501(c) tax exempt organization. Her passion is dedicated to serving and assisting the underserved youth in the communities. During her collegiate years and years as a mother, she accessed valuable knowledge and wanted to give that back to the youth, including her own. She wanted the youth to be exposed to great opportunities and break generational curses of bad money habits and crime and economic issues. She
previously held the positions of Payroll Manager and Human Resources Manager for 13 plus years. After careful consideration, she decided to return to her first love, teaching children. She previously taught special needs education, in Newark, New Jersey at the New Ark School and a degreed substitute teacher for Prince William County Public Schools from 2003-2005. She was also a girl scout leader in New Jersey for over six (6) years and then for three (3) years in Prince Williams County. She is a mother of 4 amazing children and 1 grandchild. She currently serves on the Stafford County Superintendent’s Leadership Advisory Committee and several other youth boards to bring knowledge and skills to the youth in the community.
She is currently self-employed, as a Director/Owner of Knowledge Begins Here Learning Academy and teaches homeschoolers since 2012. She is certified in First Aid/CPR/AED and Medical Authorization Training (M.A.T.). She’s committed to the youth in the communities and proved this by creating a 501(c)3 non profit youth charity organization, called Tomorrow’s Cultivating Youth (TCYouth) Inc. in 2017.
Born in Milwaukee, WI, Sharmine Jones realized that she had a passion for the youth and actively sought to be a volunteer in her community at a young age. Her personal motto was to “Make a Difference”. Always willing to offer a helping hand from Brownies (Girl Scouts) to Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., the importance of giving back to the community has been a resounding passion in Mrs. Jones’s life.
It was with pleasure that Mrs. Jones joined Tomorrow Cultivating Youth as the org motto “It takes a village” accurately reflected Mrs. Jones growing understanding of the socioeconomic changes that many are confronted with. This motto resonated with Mrs. Jones as she once served as an investigator for child abuse and neglect and realized it was the absence of this village (i.e. support system) that allowed some families to fall into disarray. Additionally, with the current school curriculum TCYouth, Inc., stands in the void to offer workshops, tutoring, and assistance that were either no longer offered or was never an option.
Currently Mrs. Jones sits on the Executive Board and serves as the Volunteer Director. She is prior military having serve in the U.S. Coast Guard for twenty years, first as an enlisted member and later as an Officer. Mrs. Jones has a Bachelor of Social Work from Jackson State University and a Masters in Human Services specializing in Social and Community Program from Capella. She is also a published author and writes under the pen name S.N.M. Jones.
Born and raised in Brooklyn New York, Tracey Thomas co-founded TCYouth Inc. in 2017. She h as a true passion for the youth and their development.
Rolando Brooks, born in California is a Navy Veteran of 16 years. Rolando came on board member in July of 2018. He is a great mentor and leader for our young men.

Much blessings!
The young ladies were all asked to look into the mirror; write down something they DON'T like about themselves. Then we took that piece of paper and burned it; not bury it because when you bury something it can come back up. They all clapped afterwards.
The young ladies were all provided a spa bag that included flipflops, and everything needed to pamper themselves. They were taught how to make their own lip scrubs and explained the importance of taking care of self. Ms. Kelia Johnson of Euphorik did an amazing job.
THANK YOU MS. JOHNSON!!!
